Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are proud of the quality of the products, and the service we offer, and stand by our products. Should you not be happy with the quality of a purchased product, we are more than happy to discuss any dissatisfaction, and work out a solution.
Please choose carefully as we are unable to refund for purchase if you have simply changed your mind. Please send all refund notification to darrend@performancegolf.net.au within three days of receipt and we can discuss the easiest solution. Unfortunately goods are sometimes damaged throughout the shipping process. In the event that this occurs, notification of damage must be made to Performance Golf within three days from receipt.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and consider all information disclosed to us as confidential. We do not share any details with third parties.
If paying by credit card your information is processed on a secure bank server. We do not have access to your card information, nor do we keep any such information on file if disclosed to us.
Trading Terms
- Payment Terms - Pre-payment only. We do not offer accounts or credit.
- Minimum Order = No Minimum
- Payment Methods - Payment to be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Bank Cheque. Credit card purchases carry a fee of 2.5% which is charged to the account at the time of purchase.
- Freight ~ Freight is not included in the cost of goods. Freight is charged on each order, the rate subject to our various carriers' current rate for "Performance Golf".
- We do not issue monthly statements.
- Dishonoured Cheques - Will attract an accounting fee of $15 plus GST.
- Overdue Amounts - Goods will not be supplied until payment is made.
- Claims and Discrepancies - Must be made in writing directly to Performance Golf within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without "Performance Golf" prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Freight will be charged.
- Estimated Delivery Time - Time quoted is subject to possible changes in shipping schedules, strikes, carrier delays, etc. Orders are still valid if delivered late. We aim to deliver within the stipulated timeframe but can take no responsibility for delays caused by suppliers or other parties. A late delivery does not constitute a right of refund or return.
- Price Changes - All terms and prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in exchange rates.
- Property and Delivery of Goods - The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of the goods has been paid in full. The risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch. The price is ex our premises, and includes all amounts charged to this point.
- Availability - All products are subject to availability. Products sourced as a broker are supplied as per availability of our suppliers. Performance Golf aims to inform the customer of non-available lines purchased within 36 hours. No back orders are possible.
- Right of Refusal - "Performance Golf" reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
